These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ph365 link platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the rules set out below. Please read this page carefully before using any part of the platform.

To register and use ph365 link, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that online sports betting and casino-style entertainment is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph365 link reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately and any funds returned in accordance with applicable rules. You may only hold one account on the platform; duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in permanent suspension. Each player is permitted to register only one account on ph365 link, and all information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. All transactions on ph365 link are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP), and deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers, and minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, and players must ensure their payment details are accurate before submitting a withdrawal request. ph365 link reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time cashouts or transactions above certain thresholds. All bonuses and promotional offers available on ph365 link are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer on the Promotion page. Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only, and players must meet any stated wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. ph365 link reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and any abuse of promotional offers — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account suspension. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and can be claimed once per household, device, or IP address. Players using ph365 link are expected to conduct themselves in a fair, honest, and lawful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action: using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform; colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market; exploiting technical errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage; using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; and engaging in any form of money laundering or financial crime through the platform. ph365 link employs monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns and suspicious account activity, and any account flagged by these systems will be subject to review. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed, all funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities. While we make every effort to maintain platform stability and security, we cannot be held liable for losses arising from technical outages, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes, and players acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that losses are a possible outcome of participation. ph365 link's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits or opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
